A1614 - Contemporary Cotswold Home

Description:

A stunning Cotswold stone house in the 17th Century vernacular style, which has recently been sensitively renovated in a classic contemporary country house style. Constructed over three floors, the property has pointed gables, stone mullion windows and natural stone tiles on the steeply pitched roof.

The entrance hall opens onto the study, living and dining rooms. Beyond are the WC, laundry room, boot room and large open plan kitchen/living/dining room. There are three bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms on the first floor and a play room, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.

Outside, a pretty courtyard-style wing houses a triple garage and workshop. Behind, a more recently built studio provides a guest cottage. All set in mature gardens.
