A1637 - Limehouse River View House

Description:

Queen Anne terraced house in historic Limehouse. The house sits directly on one of the large bends of the Thames, giving views of the water towards Greenwich on one side and the City of London on the other.

The house, (ground, first and second floors) is a converted former barge builder’s house and workshop, furnished in an eclectic mix of antique and modern styles. The open-plan living room has exposed beams and the ground floor at river level has an interior designed by the architect Piers Gough.

At high tide the water laps against the back wall, and at low tide show an expansive pebble beach.

There is a large open terrace on the second floor with spectacular views of the River.
