A1661 - St Leonards Seafront Villa

Description:

Located on the stunning St Leonards seafront, this distinctive detached Georgian villa offers a unique blend of period charm and cinematic character. The property features versatile spaces ideal for filming, including a private bar and venue, housed in the left side of the building.

The upstairs lounge spans the entire length of the villa, flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase uninterrupted sea views — providing a dramatic and visually striking backdrop. A grand, sweeping staircase, dividing elegantly on the landing, adds a classic, cinematic touch reminiscent of iconic period dramas.

The property benefits from a small car park directly opposite, regularly used by production crews for convenient parking and load-in access. Having undergone a decade of careful renovation, this is a dynamic location that offers both fully restored rooms and spaces still in progress — perfect for productions seeking authenticity combined with creative flexibility.
