A1693 - Grand Walmer Georgian house

Description:

A Grade II listed residence that captures the architectural elegance of the early 1800s. Located in the coastal enclave of Walmer, this impressive property offers a wealth of period character, defined by its grand proportions and authentic Regency features. With two spacious living rooms, a formal dining room, and an expansive basement housing both a utility space and a dedicated games room, the house provides a versatile array of "lived-in" domestic sets and atmospheric backdrops for period or contemporary productions.

The property is exceptionally well-suited for larger-scale shoots, offering 6 to 7 bedrooms and substantial interior volumes that allow for comfortable crew movement and equipment placement. Outside, the large enclosed garden provides a private, secure space for external setups, complemented by the rare logistical advantage of on-site parking for up to three vehicles.
