A1708 - Historic Taunton Country Home

Somerset TA3

Location details

Description:

Sitting just above the village of North Curry in South Somerset, this grand country house dates back to 1697 and features later Georgian and Victorian additions. It’s been recently renovated to combine its original period character with clean, contemporary design.

Inside, it has the feel of a real, lived-in family home but on a large scale. The spaces are highly versatile, offering classic country-house interiors with modern updates, bright family rooms, and formal entertaining spaces. Outside, the property is set within 22 acres of landscaped gardens, parkland, and older outbuildings. It’s a straightforward, adaptable location that works just as well for a relaxed country lifestyle shoot as it does for a high-end editorial.
