A1709 - Vacant Georgian Estate

Description:

A striking Grade I listed manor house, originally a private country estate, the property has been converted into separate apartments, offering a vast range of rooms and backdrops capable of accommodating productions set in almost any time period. The extensive grounds feature beautifully manicured gardens and a traditional cricket ground, providing classic English outdoor settings alongside the main architecture.

As a privately held estate, it gives productions a high degree of control, exclusivity, and security—making it ideal for shoots that require strict privacy and minimal disruption. Logistically it sits just outside Bicester with excellent road and rail links via the M40, keeping it roughly an hour from London for an easy commute for cast, crew, and equipment. The grounds provide plenty of open space for a substantial unit base, crew parking, and temporary sets, with estate roads fully equipped to handle heavy production traffic.
