B1991 - Earthy London Terrace

Description:

Victorian terrace on a quiet residential street in Walthamstow Village. The ground floor kitchen extension is completely unique, with a mix of timber concrete and on-trend black cabinetry - plus a double-height void. Living area is finished in a crisp white aesthetic and features a concrete feature wall equipped with a large, built-in wooden tv unit and engineered oak floorboards. Wood is a consistent element of the property and this is seen through the wooden beams in the living room and in the main bedroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one master, two children's bedrooms and a guest. However, the guest doubles as a home working space so is available through negotiation. There are two bathrooms, one family bathroom on the first floor and a contemporary shower room found on the second. Outside there is a long narrow garden that includes two seated patio areas.
