B1992 - Victorian Harlesden Terrace

Description:

A Victorian terraced property with a contemporary extension. The double-height rear extension is the main draw of this shoot location. It holds the open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces. Interesting features such as the black tiled floor and a sleek black kitchen with island. The den-like seating area has a centrally positioned log burner zoning this space to create a more intimate room within a room. The generous open dining space has large dining table and there is a glass sliding doors providing access to the rear terrace and garden. There is a formal sitting room at the front of the house, and a cantilevered staircase in the hall gives access to the upper floors where there is a selection of bedrooms and bathrooms, all with a contemporary feel.
