B2075 - Tonal Dalston Terrace

Description:

Tonal Terrace is a bold and colourful four-storey townhouse in Dalston. Once two separate dwellings, it now features an open-plan basement kitchen and living space flowing into the garden, inspired by mid-century Californian design. The upper floors retain a classic Brooklyn townhouse feel with a spacious through-lounge, bespoke bedrooms, and adaptable study areas. Thoughtfully designed for natural light, the home incorporates crittall glazing, full-width sliding doors, and a skylit extension. Rich textures, exposed timbers, and rhythmic balustrades add depth, creating a dynamic space.
