B2127 - Whimsical Elgin country house

Description:

This private 900-acre estate in Northeast Scotland features a striking blend of restored heritage architecture and untouched natural scenery. At its centre sits a beautifully renovated country house overlooking the loch, with traditional stonework, period details, and warm, character-filled interiors ideal for both atmospheric and luxury shoots.

The surrounding grounds offer exceptional visual range, including open moorland, dense Scottish woodland, sweeping driveways, and a significant amount of loch-side shoreline. Multiple vantage points provide expansive, cinematic views, while the still water of the loch creates opportunities for dramatic reflections and atmospheric morning mist.

The estate’s varied terrain includes forest paths, clearings, meadows, and hidden pockets of wilderness that can double for multiple locations. Access roads and large open areas make the property production-friendly, while its secluded setting ensures full privacy for cast and crew.
