B2139 - Unique untouched Malden home

Description:

A truly exceptional and untouched Victorian/Edwardian detached house, preserved in near-original condition for over 50 years. Spanning over 3,000 sq ft, this genuine time capsule offers 6+ bedrooms and an extraordinary level of original detail, with period fireplaces throughout, ornate cornicing, decorative tiling, and original fixtures and fittings all intact.

The interiors are dark, textured, and naturally atmospheric, with a rich, authentic patina that cannot be replicated—making the property an ideal ready-made setting for film, television, and photography, particularly for projects seeking a spooky, abandoned, or derelict aesthetic.

Completely empty and production-ready, the house requires no set dressing. It also features a rare original bomb shelter, a large attic space suitable for filming or storage, and a private garden. Off-street parking is available, and an adjacent house B2141 can be used for crew, equipment, and additional parking, offering a highly practical setup for larger productions.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a truly untouched and character-rich property, perfectly suited to film and TV productions, horror and period shoots, fashion editorials, and music videos.

Can be used with B2141 for crew, kit etc
