Description:
This vacant, city-based site features a large Victorian house and a separate cottage on the same property, offering a raw "abandoned" aesthetic with the rare logistical capacity for large-scale TV and film unit bases. Available 24/7 with no near neighbors, the property offers total filming flexibility and extensive hard standing for heavy technical vehicles. The weathered interiors across both buildings act as a blank canvas where art departments and set decorators are welcome to undertake extensive painting and modification. Crucially for an abandoned property, the main house features working mains water and a robust three-phase electricity supply, heavily reducing production reliance on external generators.
