Surrey KT12

Location details

Description:

Set along the water in Walton-on-Thames, is an extraordinary five-bedroom, four-bathroom Victorian location property that combines industrial heritage with elegant contemporary interiors. Built in 1860, the home’s interior features gorgeous high-arched windows and original Crittall glazing. The main living areas showcase original blue glazed brickwork—offering a rich, aged texture and an unique colour backdrop that adds instant mood and depth to any camera setup.

The practical and visual scale extends right onto the grounds. The property features well-manicured lawns, a large private driveway with a double garage for easy kit loading and crew parking, and its own private dock directly onto the River Thames. Having that direct river access opens up fantastic opportunities for water-to-land shots and exterior sequences. It’s a clean, quiet, and logistically sound location inside the M25 that gives TV, film, commercial, and editorial teams a truly distinct visual language to work with.
