B2159 - Notthing Hill Stucco Townhouse

Description:

Set directly over private communal gardens in Notting Hill, this Grade II-listed mid-19th-century townhouse delivers 4,636 sq ft of shoot-ready space across five floors. The layout blends grand Victorian proportions with clean, modern finishes. At its heart is a gorgeous blue entrance hall featuring a sweeping, light-filled curved iron staircase that creates a striking visual focal point right from the front door. High ceilings and wide open reception rooms offer easy sightlines and plenty of room to manoeuvre cameras, lighting, and gear.

The property offers both dressed living spaces and blank-canvas rooms. Alongside a finished master suite, five additional bedrooms are mostly unfurnished, giving art departments total freedom to build custom sets or set up holding areas, hair and makeup, and green rooms on-site. With direct views of green space and generous floor plates throughout, it serves as a flexible, high-impact backdrop for stills, TV, and feature film shoots.
