Description:
Spanning 1,000 sq ft across two floors, this original Victorian workshop opens directly onto the street through its traditional shopfront. The 500 sq ft ground floor is an open-plan space featuring 2.85m ceiling heights, overhead skylights, and a large rear window overlooking a small 50 sq ft walled yard that joins Crown Works Yard. An open staircase connects the main floor to the level below.
The lower ground floor has been recently renovated with a contemporary finish, housing a meeting room, kitchenette, shower room, and dedicated storage. Exposed timber ceilings (2.15m height) and large windows at both the front and rear bring in surprisingly good natural light for a basement level. Fully updated with current building control and fire safety certification, the space offers a clean, flexible backdrop for commercial shoots and production setups.
