B2165 - Unique Period Terrace Hackney

Description:

This 1890s terraced house in Hackney (E5 0RT) is an exceptionally rare, unified period property featuring an entirely authentic 1930s inter-war interior across five split levels and four bedrooms. Unlike properties with mixed eras, every room retains original 1930s wallpaper, colour palettes, fireplaces, lighting, coving, and fixtures. Unoccupied and sparsely furnished, this unique home offers an uncompromised, period-accurate backdrop with total spatial flexibility for set dressing, prop staging, and full redecoration. (The kitchen no longer has the oven, fridge, or table.)

Logistically straightforward for production, the property is available at short notice with flexible shoot dates. The owner is fully open to set dressing, furniture rearrangement, and interior redecoration. On-street resident parking is located within 20 metres of the property, with visitor passes provided by the owner for crew and production vehicles.
