C963 - Uxbridge Arts & Crafts House

Description:

This cottage has a striking Tudor and Arts & Crafts facade that gives it a real storybook, "gingerbread house" look. Inside, it offers a great mix of fully styled spaces and flexible empty rooms. There are two main bedrooms finished to a high standard, two high-spec bathrooms, a finished cloakroom, and an extra downstairs toilet. The main living room is large and packed with character, featuring an original fireplace. Alongside the finished spaces, there are two empty shell bedrooms and a second smaller reception room (also with a fireplace), giving art departments a blank canvas for set dressing, hair and makeup, or equipment storage.

It’s also exceptionally easy to manage logistically for shoots. The front of the property has free parking with space for multiple cars and larger production vans, plus rear vehicle access for hassle-free equipment load-ins. Directly next door, Coney Green car park provides roughly 20 additional spaces, making crew and tech parking straightforward.
