CH118 - Old South East Chapel

Description:

The building dates from the 1870’s and offers an abundance of unique features, photo shoots, film hire, recitals, private dining or bespoke events. A double-height ground floor space, with a triple-height (11 metre) void at one end, the fabric of the building has been left very much as it was when it operated as a Zionist Chapel over a century ago. An open plan warehouse with the benefit of a number of moveable items of furniture including a sitting room pod and 3m high bookshelves/room dividers. Fully fitted out kitchen, 2 toilets and an additional bathroom. Ground floor with 2.5m wide roller shutter entrance onto yard space ideal for deliveries etc. Wifi and plenty of electrical sockets. Roof-lights bring in natural light but can be blacked out upon request.
