D1140 - Iconic Skywood House

Description:

Skywood has been called a house that turns lifestyle into a work of art. The definitive modernist glass pavilion is within easy reach of London and is within the M25.

It's pure form and exquisite geometries are the perfect backdrop for an array of dramatic scenarios for film and photography. Set in a large wooded walled garden Skywood fulfils the aspiration for a ‘glass box in the woods’ - dematerialising the relationship between outside and inside. Its walls extend into the landscape and the lake, their pure white forms framing the two rectangular glass enclosures of the living accommodation.

In addition to the annex (which has a bedroom, bathroom, and living room) there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Open-plan Living and kitchen area looking out through the glass walls to the lake and gardens beyond. A slate outdoor pool and extensive beautiful wooded and landscaped gardens. A private haven within the woods.

Off-road parking for tech vehicles and a unit base nearby.
