D2510 - Spacious Highbury Apartment

Description:

A beautiful, light filled apartment situated on a wide, quiet, tree lined street in Highbury, with stunning views over the green spaces of North London.

A large open plan living, dining and kitchen has double aspect windows, with a walk in bay to the front and a triple set of sash windows to the rear. Showcasing high ceilings, original mouldings, and a beautiful marble and slate fireplace; the owners have completely modernised the space but retained the period details.

The kitchen is a hand painted design with full height cabinetry, a modern gas range cooker, and a large island unit wrapped in Carrara Arabescato marble. The floor is Terrazzo tiles.

A huge set of crittall style doors lead from the sitting room to the entrance hall, which has a dramatic black and white staircase. There is a cloakroom off with marble tiles and geometric floor tiles.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, the master, the music room, and guest bedroom, plus a bathroom with metro tiles and a huge walk-in shower. MAX CREW OF 15
