D2534 - Quaint Crystal Palace home

Description:

A quirky detached 50's house, built on vacant space left by WW2 bomb damage, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Crystal Palace SE19.

The house has been modernised internally, but with a retrospective look to the mid twentieth century. The house has been extended across the ground floor. The extended roof at the back is pitched with three large sky lights for maximum light. There are three bedrooms upstairs, an office downstairs, and what effectively are three reception areas with doors that either divide off or open the space completely. There is a bathroom, a downstairs cloakroom and also a garage.

The front garden is part paved, part planted, with a driveway to the right. The back garden is terraced on three levels, and is richly planted with a range of trees and plants, including many Mediterranean and tropical species. At the top level there is a bespoke (again, quirky) summer house.
