D2617 - Farm house in Par

Description:

This large farm house is located on the site of a former medieval Benedictine priory and part of the building is believed to date back to this time.

The house has a lot of quirky charm without being perfectly manicured and styled. It is set in around 4 acres of land, including gardens, a stream, old stone walls, a natural spring, outbuildings in various states of repair and plenty of parking space.

It is a few minutes' drive to Par beach. The house has a huge farmhouse kitchen, wood-burning stoves, two very different reception rooms, bedrooms in varying styles and three bathrooms - whilst not all the rooms might be suitable for filming it gives space for crew etc.
