D2769 - Modern pool house Wineham

Description:

This architect-designed home features a contemporary aesthetic with charred black timber cladding and Porcelanosa stone floors across the ground floor. A highlight is the bespoke black metal spiral staircase with oak treads and LED lighting. The open-planned living area seamlessly connects to a terrace and a heated swimming pool, enhanced by bi-fold doors that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.

Downstairs includes a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, a lounge, and a cinema room with luxurious Timothy Oulten reclining chairs. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom is an oasis, with vaulted ceilings, a double aspect, and bi-fold doors leading to a wrap-around balcony with glass railings. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly appointed with a walk-in shower and William Holland bath. Additionally, the house includes four more double bedrooms, three of those with ensuites.

Outside, the house is surrounded by a spacious 2-acre garden, with a half-acre swimming lake and an 11-acre woodland. There is ample parking available for up to 20 cars. This residence embodies luxury, sophistication, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living.

The property is accessed through electric gates and a long driveway, offering privacy.
