D2869 - Striking Falmouth coastal home

Cornwall TR11

Location details

Description:

This refined 5,000 sq. ft. coastal estate offers a rare "East Coast/Hamptons" aesthetic on the Cornish coast. Defined by its shingle-clad exterior, sweeping gables, and 4.5m vaulted ceilings, the property provides high-volume, light-drenched spaces designed for easy crew movement. Every primary room is oriented toward unencumbered views across a 10-acre private valley to the sea, offering a world-class cinematic backdrop for film, fashion, and lifestyle campaigns.

Logistically, the site is built for high-profile productions. Set within 10 acres of total privacy with no overlooking neighbors, the grounds include a stone-terraced pool, mature woodland, and a natural stream. The property features a long private driveway with generous on-site parking for large crews and production vehicles. Combining architectural scale with absolute seclusion, it is a versatile turn-key location for both boutique shoots and large-scale features.
