D2876 - Retro 1960s Lancing House

Description:

Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and backing directly onto the South Downs, this detached 1963 property offering a unique blend of modernised spaces and original rooms. This "work-in-progress" aesthetic provides directors with a versatile range of backdrops, from clean contemporary interiors to authentic vintage settings. The house features two balconies—south and west-facing—that capture elevated views stretching across the countryside to the English Channel and the offshore wind farm.

Spanning half an acre of private land, the location is highly practical for mid-sized crews. The exterior offers a large garden with direct access to the hills, while the front features a spacious driveway with parking for up to seven vehicles. This privacy, combined with a large double garage for equipment staging, makes Highview an ideal, low-disturbance site for both film and stills productions looking for a scenic, coastal-adjacent atmosphere.
