F1256 - Camberwell Converted Chapel

Description:

Originally a chapel from 1908, it has been converted into a remarkable home featuring two reception rooms, three bedrooms, and two studies. The total floor area exceeds 3,000 square feet.
The main central area boasts an impressive 10-meter high ceiling and retains many original features, including the pulpit, reredos paneling, linenfold paneling, stained glass windows, and an elegant inlaid marble floor at the altar end.
In contrast, the additional mezzanine floor at the altar end and two mezzanines at the opposite end incorporate modern materials such as clear glass, maple veneered panelling, and highly polished stainless steel. The furniture throughout is an eclectic mix, featuring a desk designed by Mark Brazier-Jones, alongside bespoke pieces designed by the owner.
