F1261 - Modern Poplar Factory Flat

Description:

This 3,200 sq. ft. architect-designed studio set across three floors of a converted Victorian factory in Poplar, East London. Overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal, this striking space blends industrial character with modern refinement, making it a highly versatile backdrop for filming and photography. With its heritage roots and cinematic style, the studio offers everything from dramatic, expansive shots to more intimate, adaptable spaces. The interiors are perfect for productions; soaring triple-height ceilings, cantilevered mezzanines, and eleven Crittall-style windows flood the studio with natural light. Exposed and painted brickwork, industrial glass, sleek white finishes, and striking feature doors provide multiple textures and moods in one location.
