F1274 - Neutral Colindale Flat

Description:

This top-floor, end-of-terrace apartment in Colindale is a practical, no-nonsense choice for productions needing a realistic domestic setting. Because the unit is vacant and minimally furnished, it serves as a genuine blank canvas that you can dress to fit anything from a starter home to a moody, minimalist flat. The layout features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen, but the highlight is the south-facing living room. It opens onto a balcony overlooking local allotments, providing a quiet, green backdrop and plenty of natural light for daytime interiors.

Logistically, the location is hard to beat for studio access. You’re sitting just 7 miles from BBC Borehamwood and Sky Studios Elstree, with Leavesden, Pinewood, and Shepperton all within a 25-mile radius via the M25. For the crew, transport is easy: it’s a five-minute walk from Colindale tube (Northern Line) and close to Hendon Rail. With allocated off-street parking and the flexibility for long-term hires, it’s a straightforward, well-connected "empty shell" designed to make the technical side of a shoot as easy as possible.
