F1281 - Elegant Nottinghill Penthouse

Description:

A 3,000 sq ft duplex penthouse on the top two floors with a 2,000 sq ft south-facing wraparound terrace and panoramic views over London. The top floor features fully retractable glass walls that open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to shoot from outside in without glass in frame. The outdoor space easily holds a full crew and gets sun all day, moving from the rooftop spa (sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge) in the morning to the main terrace for golden hour. Inside, the space is finished with oak floors, neutral walls, mid-century furniture, contemporary art, and a green marble chef's kitchen across three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The flat has direct access via a private lift (110w × 150d × 220h cm), secure underground parking, a daytime porter, and silent AC throughout. The glass walls and windows have full blackout coverage for complete lighting control, backed up by a strong power supply and 2.5m ceiling heights. The top floor comfortably fits setups of 100+ people, and transport is straightforward with Royal Oak, Bayswater, and Queensway stations all a short walk away.
