H1023 - Jacobean house Cowley Peachey

Description:

Built in the Elizabethan or early Jacobean period, sometime between 1550 and 1610, is this beautiful grade 2 listed 16th / 17th-century large detached house in Cowley Peachey in the Colne Valley on the western edge of London.

The extensive grounds and large garden are surrounded by a high wall so the house is very private and secure. There are four reception rooms, all with fireplaces (two of which are inglenook fireplaces), five bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a barn which serves as a four-car garage (filming equipment can also be stored in the barn). There's a large private parking area inside the walled area in front of the house with room for several vehicles (so ideal for filming).
