K479 - Contemporary Bath house

Description:

Contemporary house, situated in a small village just outside Bath. The house has far-reaching, beautiful views across a valley and is on a quiet road. The ground floor is clad in Bath stone and the top floor in black charred timber. Downstairs is a very large Kitchen diner with huge floor-to-ceiling windows which lead onto an outdoor tiled area. In addition, there is a sitting room and a snug. The decor is contemporary and fairly minimalist, with an inside/out feel to it - the same large porcelain tiles flow from the kitchen/ diner onto the outside patio area, where there is a seated area, log burner, barbecue and dining table and chairs.
