K501 - Scandi modern Marlow house

Description:

A modern architect-designed and built house, with a Scandi feel, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with Giant Redwood trees, pine trees and an outdoor pool. The opportunities for tv, stills and film are numerous for both indoor and outdoor shoots. The house is built with materials sympathetic to the surrounding nature, with cotswold stone and larch cladding which equally looks stunning when lit up at night. The vast sliding windows and doors create natural light during the day, with early morning or evening sunshine creating spectacular light inside and out. The location of the pool, next to a field, can give the illusion of being abroad. There is a huge kitchen/diner, 2 further TV rooms, an upstairs study with gorgeous view, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, boot room and laundry room.
