K514 - Surrey Modernist Home

Description:

A striking contemporary home set within the Surrey Hills, designed by award-winning architect Rik Hall of Arc8 Projects. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, the property blends sustainability with biophilic design principles, creating a serene connection to nature throughout. Centred around a lush living courtyard filled with jasmine, clematis, and herbs, the interiors are flooded with natural light, featuring open-plan living spaces framed by expansive glass doors and panoramic valley views.

Sitting within just over an acre of landscaped gardens, the house combines architectural precision with warmth and texture. Reclaimed materials, Crittall-style detailing, and locally crafted finishes create a tactile, design-led atmosphere. With solar panels, an air-source heat pump, and eco-conscious features throughout, this secluded and cinematic location offers a perfect blend of modern innovation, privacy, and natural beauty — ideal for film, TV, and editorial productions.
