L691 - Ashington barn conversion

Description:

This Sussex barn is a standout location that has clean lines and huge volumes of natural light. The heart of the building is a massive, open-plan first floor where the original oak beams meet high, airy ceilings—ideal for wide shots and easy crew movement. Because of the reverse-level layout, the main living and dining areas sit elevated amongst the trees, opening directly onto a balcony terrace that works beautifully for capturing that "modern country" aesthetic.

The rest of the property offers a massive variety of setups across 17 acres, giving you everything from high-end lifestyle backdrops to rugged outdoor scenes. You’ve got an indoor pool, a fishing lake, a tennis court, and even a treehouse at your disposal. Whether you’re shooting a domestic interior in one of the four ground-floor bedrooms or an atmospheric night scene by the fire pit and hot tub, the space is flexible enough to handle a full production footprint without losing its effortless, lived-in charm.
