L769 - Cranbrook Scandi Modern Barn

Description:

A stunningly restored 17th-century barn seamlessly connected to a striking contemporary timber and steel structure, set amidst the rolling Kent countryside just 25 minutes from Royal Tunbridge Wells. The property beautifully blends historic character with modern design, creating a versatile and cinematic backdrop.

A dramatic glass-fronted entrance hall with a bespoke floating staircase leads up to a spacious dressing area and master suite with ensuite bathroom. In total, the barn offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms (three ensuite), each thoughtfully designed to showcase original features alongside high-end finishes.

The modern timber barn forms the heart of the home, with an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Vaulted ceilings and double-height windows frame sweeping countryside views, while a full wall of sliding glass doors creates seamless indoor–outdoor flow. A striking floating wood burner adds warmth and architectural interest to the space.
