L783 - Modern Barn Conversion Oxford

Description:

Located near Bicester, this converted stable pairs historic Cotswold stone with sharp, modern architecture. The centrepiece is a massive open-plan kitchen and living space built with high ceilings and wide doorways, making it easy to haul in camera gear and work with large crews. Interior options also include multiple reception rooms and a standalone, fully built-out bar room.

The exterior offers landscaped gardens, a classic glass greenhouse, and expansive on-site parking designed to fit tech vehicles and unit setups. Between the period stone, clean contemporary builds, and easy logistics, it’s a straightforward, versatile spot for film, TV, and photo shoots.
