L784 - Versatile South Chailey Farm

Description:

Set against a backdrop of 65 acres of ancient and pine woodland in Sussex, this farm offers a Wild West ranch aesthetic alongside an extensive collection of ramshackle barns and industrial hangars. The site is anchored by a newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, along with a three-bedroom static home. The industrial and agricultural footprint includes a massive enclosed hangar, three vast lean-to structures, and two large open-sided barns. Across the surrounding terrain, open fields, chalk and sand tracks, and three ponds provide varied outdoor backdrops within a single location.

The site is fully equipped with unique props, vehicles, and live elements, including a vintage milk float, a 1977 classic Mini, a quad bike, heavy machinery (digger and dumper), and tame pygmy goats. With its unrefined agricultural structures, expansive woodland landscape, and unique vehicle assets, this property is a highly adaptable, all-in-one set for film, television, commercial, and editorial shoots that require a rugged, rural environment.
