M371 - Vacant Reading Tudor manor

Description:

A 16th-century Elizabethan manor house that is currently vacant, structurally sound, and dry following a recent roof restoration. Internally it remains empty, offering an authentic, atmospheric period setting well suited to horror, thriller, historical, or distressed-location filming.

The Estate offers extensive filming potential, including a large music studio nearing completion, open fields, over 130 acres of woodland, and multiple outbuildings. All areas can be cleared, dressed, or adapted to production requirements. The owners are open to both short-term and long-term filming hires.
