A derelict former industrial laundrette complex comprising three adjoining units (29, 31 and 33), the site offers a wide range of raw, production-ready backdrops. Unit 31 features a mix of industrial, office and storage spaces, with ground-floor rooms showcasing original machinery, graffitied brick walls, exposed pipework, low beams and raw floors. The space can be fully blacked out or naturally lit via shuttered windows. Upstairs, two large, high-ceilinged spaces with exposed beams and loading bay doors open onto a shared yard, alongside smaller offices and storage areas.
