N529 - Chertsey Woodland

Description:

32 Acres of private, secluded woodland in Surrey for hire. Perfect filming location with no public access and close to major UK studios. 34 Acres of private, family owned, secluded woodland with no public access or right of way. You can have the place to yourselves. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from junction 11 of the M25 and a few miles from Longcross and Shepperton studios. With a mix of both planted and ancient woodland, our area consists of several types of trees (pines, larches, oaks, chestnuts) as well as lots of greenery and plant such as bracken. The woodland has been mainly untouched and in a natural state but with some clear vehicle width tracks running around for easy access. There is a back gate vehicle entrance and a few clear areas for parking and base set up, with potential to clear extra spaces for vehicles.
Available all days/hours as its privately owned with no restrictions. There are very few neighbours and little to no external noise (dependant on location within woods). Hosted one of Netflix's largest budget productions for 4 months. In this process, added a large 27x43 metre hard standing. Which is big enough to hold a big budget unit base.
