N571 - Iconic Waterloo Arched Venue

Description:

Set within London’s iconic South Bank, this bold industrial location is carved from the city’s famous graffiti tunnels, offering an authentic urban aesthetic with unmistakable cinematic character. Spanning over 1,200 square metres across three interconnected railway arches, the space functions as a versatile, windowless blank canvas providing total blackout capability for absolute control over lighting design. Towering 6-metre vaulted ceilings, exposed Victorian brickwork, and polished concrete floors provide a dramatic, textured backdrop suitable for high-end set builds, music videos, and large-scale brand experiences.

Engineered for seamless production logistics, the venue features drive-in access and a dedicated loading bay on Addington Street to facilitate heavy equipment load-ins. The technical infrastructure is robust, equipped with built-in rigging points, integrated power distribution, and state-of-the-art AV systems. Supporting cast and crew, the layout includes a fully furnished green room with ensuite facilities, a private production office, and an open finishing kitchen for catering. Located seconds from Waterloo Station, it offers an unparalleled urban environment with the professional back-of-house facilities required for rigorous shooting schedules.
