Description:
A 60ft by 12ft wide-beam canal boat on a private, permanent mooring on a scenic stretch of the Regent’s Park canal. Situated on a bend, the location offers rare exterior angles from both banks, a footbridge, and a road bridge. The surrounding area doubles well for contrasting looks—ranging from bright and picturesque to darker, graffiti-covered underpasses.
Inside, the boat features an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, oak floors, a separate double bedroom, and a bathroom. Three skylights and ten shuttered windows provide abundant natural light, backed up by full insulation, central heating, a log burner, and WiFi. Outside, there are two sun decks and a roof terrace seating eight. The boat remains on its permanent berth but can move under its own power if required.
